DECISION ON ADMINISTRATION OF COMPANY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Recently, June 1, 2023. Tay Nguyen Durian Joint Stock Company officially appointed the positions of the Board of Directors of the company in order to perfect the organizational structure and management system of the Company.
Durian Joint Stock Company with the objective of operation: Processing and preserving vegetables and fruits, with the scale of processing capacity: 25,000 tons of fruit/year. The product is export fruit (specifically durian fruit, avocado ...) so far the company has completed the construction of the factory, with 15,000 tons of fresh fruit for export, 10,000 tons of fresh peeled fruit. 3 thousand tons of citrus, officially exported to the Chinese market. To ensure product quality, SARITA needs the Board of Directors, professional management levels with high competence and expertise. With careful and methodical selection, the Board of Directors has made the decision to appoint the following positions:
